No Support

Company totally unresponsive, offering zero, I repeat, zero support. After not finding answer in the meager instructions and in the meager FAQ, wrote to support every other day for 4 weeks without a single response or acknowledgement.
Its a shame that such a potentially good app is rendered valueless by the absolute lack of support.
Beware of investing data over significant time that will be wasted if you run into an issue that requires support.
